Send feedback
The feedback form is the place for bugs, ideas and questions. No account, nothing posted publicly, and an email address is optional. Opened from the app’s Help menu, it fills in your Filiation version, system version, device model and language, which you can see, edit or clear before sending.
Write to support@mgcrea.io and describe what you did and what happened instead.
Before you write
- Which build. The version and system details the app offers to copy from its Help menu or About pane say which build you are on, which is usually the first thing worth knowing.
- Which device. Mac, iPad or iPhone, and which view you were in.
- Steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if it is visual. Family trees hold other people’s names and dates: crop or blur anything you would not want to send.
Requirements
- Mac: macOS 26 or later, on Apple silicon.
- iPhone and iPad: iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later. The hourglass, fan and timeline views need iPhone 12 or later, or iPad Air (4th generation), iPad mini (6th generation) or iPad (10th generation) or later; older devices get the People list and the inspector.
